New customers
Referral credits are available when a customer purchases an IonCleanse by AMD for the first time. Since this is not a multi-level marketing program, there are no referral credits after the first-unit purchase.
Online orders
Your referral must be a new customer and must enter your name into the required checkout field that asks how they heard about us.
Phone orders
We always do our best to ask where each sale comes from; however, it is up to the customer to mention your name when ordering. Please let your referral know to do so.
Affiliate links
If a new customer purchases a system within 60 days of clicking on your affiliate link, that sale will automatically be tracked back to you. If the purchase happens after 60 days, the tracking cookie will most likely have expired and you will only get credit if the customer inputs your name during checkout.
Claiming a referral post-sale
You have up to 1 year after the initial sale to claim a customer as your referral.
Referral splits
Unfortunately, AMD is not able to split referral sources.
Pay-Per-Cleanse
Referral credit will be triggered if the customer terminates the Pay-Per-Cleanse program with a buyout.
Conflicts
The priority for rewarding referral credits is as follows: Customer input -> Affiliate link -> Claim from referral source.
Trade-ins
AMD does not offer a referral credit for a sale that includes a trade-in.
