Non-qualifying purchases/items include, but are not limited to:
- phone, fax, or emailed orders
- purchases made for re-sale
- purchases made prior to the start date of the program
- purchases made prior to the creation of an online account
- certain promotional items
- trade-ins
- repair and rental services
- other charges and fees, including but not limited to sales tax, shipping charges, custom fees, brokerage fees, and VAT
- any other items and services not offered on the website
