If you think your unit needs servicing, please call us at (303)755-0112 (option 2) first to open up a ticket. Once you have a ticket number and an intake form, please follow the directions on the intake form. If you did not receive an intake form, follow the directions below:

  1. Return your equipment to AMD (7318 S Revere Pkwy, B7, Centennial, CO 80112) in the original carrying cases (if possible) protected by adequate packing materials (packing peanuts and bubble wrap, not old towels and newspapers). Failure to do so could cause severe damage to your unit during shipping and could void any warranties. We've seen terrible things happen in shipping...please don't take this recommendation lightly.
  2. We recommend insuring the package for full retail value through a reputable carrier to protect against worst-case scenarios - lost packages or products damaged beyond repair. We also recommend opting for a tracking service with delivery confirmation. 
  3. Please include "Attention Repairs" and your ticket number on the outside of the package.


When we receive your machine we will attempt to duplicate the problems you were having and call or email you with an update.
